Water Dreams: Dive Right In...

To Dream of fear of water means a fear of discovering your dark hidden feelings...a fear of diving into yourself (soul) and to bring out the light (understanding). 

Dream I got to interpret:

"For about a year now every dream I have had had water in it. Lately all the dreams have been in water parks where I am going down all the slides or I am jumping in a pool at a hotel and swimming. Some of the other dreams have been in waterfalls, caverns, lagoons and lakes. I am never scared in the dreams and I have no fear of the water. It is starting to bother me as I don't know what it could possibly mean."

Go fetch the hidden treasures in the Water...dive, dive, dive...don't be afraid, fear won't bring you riches...

Dream Interpretation:

Wow, this is a good sign.

You lack fear of water which means that you are confident in yourself because you know yourself.

The water is symbolic of yourself (your soul and mind) and you are not afraid of your own darkness and insecurities within - meaning that you can easily overcome it to strengthen yourself by acknowledging your weaknesses and working through them to come out a better person.

Your courage is a strong sign that  you are not afraid to KNOW YOURSELF - you have the ability to know your weaknesses, overcoming that inner demons and taming them to become your greatest personality traits.

The Chasing Web

Dream:

I dreamed that I was being chased by a huge black spider(s) like they were going to kill me but thankfully I woke up fast because it felt too real.

 

Different Interpretations:

* To dream of being chased signifies that you are avoiding a situation that you do not think is conquerable. It is a metaphor for some form of insecurity. In particular, to dream that you are being chased by an animal represents your own unexpressed and unacknowledged anger which is being projected onto that animal.

* You could be running away from a primal urge or fear, dreaming of "savage" animals.

* Spiders also represent isolation and keeping your distance staying away from an alluring and tempting situation, since a spider can be beautiful but very dangerous to touch... feeling like an outsider viewing the situation in your mind before just jumping in and making the trouble a reality. And therefore representing a powerful source protecting you against your own self-destructive behaviour.

* The spider is also symbolic of Feminine power or an overbearing mother figure in your life, as it is seen as the Great Grandmother Spider, from which all is spun.

* If you kill it without letting it dance for you, so that you can learn a great message from it, then it represents misfortune and bad luck... not heeding the wisdom it came to give will leave you in some dreadful circumstances brought on by your own stupidity.

 *The spider is symbolic of the grand web of life - - where everything and everyone is connected... your life's connections may all be catching up on you...things and people you used to avoid...not to face certain things is also a way of running...now is your chance to deal with it and get over it...or else the lack of understanding thereof will leave you spiritually numb...don't be scared of what "is"...accept it as it is and learn from it...you can only learn if you accept it.
